Tamzin Griffin

Tamzin Griffin is an actor working in Theatre, TV, Film, Radio and Voice Over.
She has been seen in 3 productions in Austria including »Shockheaded Peter« at the Ronacher Theatre as part of Wiener Festwochen in 2001 directed by Phelim McDermott and Julian Crouch, »Jedermann« at Salzburger Festspiele (2013 - 2016) as deviser, actor and musician directed by Julian Crouch and Brian Mertes and »The Master and Margarita« at the Burgtheater 2012 in the frame of Wiener Festwochen directed by Simon McBurney.
In the UK her theatre work includes numerous plays for the National Theatre, among them »Draw Me Close« (2019), »St George and the Dragon« (2017) and »Emil and the Detectives« (2013). Furthermore, she has been seen in »Othello« (2009) and »The Empress« (2013) for the Royal Shakespeare Company and in several productions for the Young Vic and the Gate Theatre.
Tamzin Griffin also played all the female roles and co-created the Olivier Award winning legendary original production »Shockheaded Peter« (2002).
TV appearances include Agatha Christie’s »ABC Murders« (2018), »Dad’s Army« (2019), »Casanova« (2005) and the »Teletubbies« (2000).
As one of her many radio works, »Gestapo Minutes« (2013) was nominated for Best Drama BBC Radio 4.
