Jacob Suske, born in Graz in 1980, studied jazz in Bern and Lucerne and took lessons at „Bass Collective“
in New York. He collaborated as bass player for example with „Bonaparte“, „One Shot Orchestra“, „Lunik“, Julian Sartorius
and Sophie Hunger. Jacob Suske works as theatre composer for many important theatres in German language countries. He made
his directing debut at Lucerne theatre with „Orpheus. Factory.“, an electronic chamber opera composed by himself. In the season
2016/17 Suske staged, together with Hajo Tuschy, Dostojevski’s „The Gambler“ at Theater Bonn. In 2016 Jacob Suske was a fellowship
holder of International Forum at Theatertreffen Berlin. At Schauspielhaus Vienna he often collaborates with Tomas Schweigen,
in the season 15/16 as musician & performer with Jan-Christoph Gockel an das dramaturg & musician with Lucia Bihler
et al.
