After the performance has started latecomers are not entitled to their booked seats any more. Latecomers can only be admitted
in the interval.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Tickets that were purchased a tour box office or on the internet via Culturall may be exchanged up to a day before the performance.
The original ticket hast o be returned at the box office and can be exchanged for a different bookable performance.
